My husband is incarcerated and we have two children. I am in the process of submitting my petition for a dissolution of marriage and noticed we are required to complete a parenting class. Is there a waiver for a parent that is incarcerated or any other way this class can be completed by him?

I've read that Az. doesn't recognize common law marriage. However, I can't find information to clarify what occurs with a partnership after a given number of years. I've been cohabitating with a lady for 7 years, and recently was told "you've been together long enough that everything you have is community property." I have been paying rent for a room in a house month-month with no lease agreement. I got a written notice saying I need to be out of the house by the first of August, I received this notice today (7.20.16). That leaves me only 10 days or so, is this legal? We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?
