QUESTIONS

  • My boyfriend and I rent a mobile home in Glendale AZ. The mobile home park has the electric in the parks name and we just pay the park for electricity. 3 days ago the main breaker blew and was smoking, this is not the first time the breaker box smoked, srp came out and said it was the parks responsibly to replace the box. An unlicensed electrician that lives in the park has yet to fix the problem. The owner knows of the problem and has done nothing. I just recently had a stroke and my boyfriend is a diabetic. His insulin needs refrigerated and has not so $3200 worth of insulin went bad.
  • My home has a lien placed on it from my HOA, my question is, Will the lien ever expire? Can they keep adding interest ? Can I lose my home, over 6000, which mostly are Lawyer fees, this all came about after 2 month late fees, which would be 30.00. At this point, I am barely able to pay bills, which I do, and have for many years, I am stressing over the notion of losing my home? Thank you for any info or help.

The judge ignored the proof the attorney presented and sided with the dead beat. No support continues to date
  • Just received a bill from a hospital for services rendered in 2011. I never received a bill from them and assumed that everything had been taken care of by my health insurance. How can they send me a bill more than two years later?

She informed me that I am responible for paying for the door even though I wasn't the one set it on fire. Can they make me pay for the door even though I wasn't there and didn't do it?

  • Family Member Home was purchased purchased as a FHA and I lived in the home for the past 3 years, in which I have been living in the property with my family and making the mortgage payments and making Bills payments. Thinking I would be the owner someday. The owner goes behind my back and deeds the property to an investor in CA. When I ask him to sign a deed to me, he's already done so with private investors. I stop making the mortgage payments,since he deeded the hm elsewhere. We are now in foreclosure process and owner is no where to be found. What can I do to keep my family in their home.
