  • i LIVE IN A SENIOR MOBIL HOME PARK, WE HAVE JUST FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN SOLD AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE BUILDING AN ASSISTED LIVING HERE. WE NEED TO KNOW OUR RIGHTS, WHAT THEY CAN DO TO US.   • I have a tenant in my home and they are moving out In September when there lease is up, so I have decided to sell my home and put it up on the market wirh my realtor. I have informed them of what Im going to do. My realtor has called me and informed me that my tenants will not allow her to do open house, or have realtors comevin and show the house. They said no one allowed in the home! My realtor stated that she can do this when one of the tenants is home and they still said no! I can't wait for them to move out because I cannot afford 2 mortgages, so this house needs ve showned. What can I do
  • A few years ago my husband and i went to a lawyer and went through the process of appointing a legal guardian for our children, if we should happen to pass away. We have the paperwork at home, in our safe. However, the couple we appointed at the time is not who we want now. What do we have to do to get it changed? We were told we could just write who we want now on a different piece of paper and get that notarized. Is that correct?
  • In our Divorce Decree, my ex is ordered to make payments to me every month for the Equity from our home and property. He has been late in his payments half of the time; sent a NSF check or only partial payment. I accepted the payment plan because he said he wanted to keep the house, and was unable to get a loan for the amount he would owe. The total amount he would owe me is only $21,000.00. Is there anything I can do to have the Decree changed so that he has to pay the balance to me in a lump-sum now?
  • The mother has informed the judge at our last settlement that she has moved back into her dad's house and plans to quit her job to go to school fulltime.
