  • I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?
  • I rent an apart. in Chandler. a neighbor leaves cat food out on the sidewalk 2 feed stray cats. I talked to the manager and she says there is nothing she can do.The issue now is there is a roach and ant infestation do2 the cat food.my son turned out2 be allergic to roach bites &has fallen down and hit his head when he step on the food.there are even roaches on my bed at night when we r sleeping.   • my family and i rented a house recently(like 3 weeks ago). the house it turns out was rented to us illegally, the house is in foreclosure and we where informed by the glendale police department on thursday that we had to be out by 7am on monday morning. due to the fact that the landlord is under investigations for fraud. now i dont no what to do. dont we have to go through a court process or something before we have to leave? please can u help r give me any advice?

I was told by the recruiter that I was the only person he interviewed for the position, and the day of my second interview he said "don't blow it" do a good job.I met w/5 other people that day.The whole process took 30 days from start to finish. Recruiter was really complementary of my exp.I am absolutely upset by this behavior.I was offered the job,told to sleep on it & then rescinded when i called to accept. I have been out of work since June.
