  • I married in 2001 when i turned 21 to a man i really didnt know he ended up having another family in mexico he left me a month later never heard from him again i believe hes in mexico how can i file for a divorce
  • My ex wont tell me where he works or what he makes how much he makes, how do I get this information?
  • Can I file a protection order against a police if I have proof
  • my husband transferred my earned money from our joint account in which only my salary use to come in his personal account without my concern. Can i claim my money without filling a divorce case.He also caused physical harm to me but i didn't called 911.
  • I filed for a order of protection 2/18 & defendant filed to drop it (heating 3/4). Judge said there were 2 violations since OP was granted but since I replied to his saying he was sorry to hear about the death of my 23 yr. old cat (no law says I can't contact him!) he/Judge said he's only guilty of one violation ...yet he firmly told defendant to leave me alone & granted his request to dismiss the Order of Protection. What can I do about this injustice? By the way we are a bit racial couple
  • can my landlord/property manager enter my gated back yard without proper notice. i have small children who play out in the backyard and feel that we should have our privacy when in our home but he just comes over when ever he feels like it. he does not enter the house just the yard in the lease it says that we as the tenants are responsible for maintenance in the front and back yard so there is really no reason for him to be there, he also sprays weed poison with out telling us is any of this legal.
  • I would like to visit family in Michigan and Virginia for one week. Will those states accept my achss coverage in an emergency?
  • My ex husband currently has temporary custody of our three kids. The order was granted for a year. That year has past already and since then I have made great progress in life. It was my decision to give their father the kids because after he abandoned me and the kids, I was having a difficult time trying to support myself and my kids. Throughout our 13yr marriage I was a stay at home mother as he requested, so being as such, gaining stability did not come easy. Now that I have stability he makes it hard to be active in our kids lives. How do I regain rights to my kids?
  • I am currently in a Ch 13 bankruptcy. My home was in my bk plan. Currently my pre and post petition payments are current. However my mortgage servicer continues to place the payments made in a reserve account for several days before applying the monthly payment. My loan servicer also adds additional fees to my monthly statement such as property preserv fee? My home was in foreclosure but since it is current on pre and post petition payments, my servicer still has not canceled the trustee sale, they just continue to move the date forward. I filed pro se and everything else has been fine.
