What is the Arizona eggshell sull rule?

I have lived and worked in AZ since July 2009. My Ex-wife has not lived in CA. for over 8 years. She is the custodial parent of my 2 boys, one is 19 and the other is 17. I have a child support case in CA and they just garnished my wages and when I called them to transfer my case to AZ. They told me that I couldn't and that they had to transfer it to the custoodial parent's state. Well, I think she lives in Texas, but I have no contact with her or my boys. So, what I need to know is what do I have to do to get my case transfered out of CA. So, that I can do a modify my child support amount.

They offered there new storage for $70 a month or if I rent a bigger lot $700 to $850 I can keep my belongings with me I pay $475 plus electric and a $400 deposit is that legal ? And they are threatening immediate eviction if I do not comply. Everyday they bang on my door I just paid rent yet they harrass me! Is any thing they are doing legall?

My ex-wife and I sought mediation to end our marriage and have custody agreements regarding our two children. I am the non-custodial parent in the agreement. Recently I have been offered a job in another state but want to be sure I know my rights when move across state lines in reference to visitation with my children in the State of Arizona? I'd like to know that I have right to see my children for half their major school breaks and such...thanks for your help.

My child's mother did not put me on the birth certificate. I have had a hostile relationship with her and was forced to give 100% of my paycheck just to see my daughter the first 3 years, leaving me with no room to pay legal fees to establish paternity and support. She also has not filed for support. I have not been in contact with the mother in 3 years nor has she been in contact with me. At this point, I would like to sever my parental rights even though I am not legally established as the father so I can move on with my life. Is this possible?
