I assigned a 30 day reservation to rent a unit from a person who later was discovered is not the owner or the tenant on the lease. When I contacted the owner and the management the 30 day reservation is against the rules of the facility. We also received made up fines from the person lying that they were generated from the homeowners association when I spoke to the homeowners association there was no such fine ever levied how much is the satiation call the police and has a police report from this particular person being fraudulent. Where do we go for help to get our deposit back. Is this person even our landlord

I have not recieved any reciepts of my rental payments. I have to put the money in the landlords bank account. When i asked for a print out of all rent payments that I have, the landlord refused my request. Is there anything I can do to legally have my rent reciept records? i know he can not pull a back statement of his to show my rent payments were deposited, but shouldnt he give me a reciept of payments by law? I have never recieved a reciept after depositing the money and I thought that was kind of fishy. Please help, Its for my records and finances.

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. I received full custody (legal making decisions) for my son but his father, who is on his birth certificate, did not have to terminate his rights. He doesn't make much effort to be in our son's life and is not allowed to have visits unless they are supervised. My husband and I want to move out of state next year, am I within my rights to take him without consent from his father? Hoping for an answer before any big plans are set in motion. My girlfriend and I allowed her brother (a 300lb man) to crash with us after he got evicted. After about 2 1/2 weeks we realized this was a terrible idea and told him he needed to leave. He packed most of his things and left but took some things that didn't belong to him. In a child custody case, I lost my children to my ex. My children & I suffered alot of abuse at his hands. Now he has the children & lives in another city & jurisdiction in Arizona. The info and dr. reports I took in were not even looked at by the judge. Seemed her mind was made up early on. Can I request a new emergency hearing and also request a change in judge as I am told the abuse on the children has started again and I don't know what to do to protect my children.
