I've completed most of court orders except for a few fines I'm trying to get my felonies set aside but I'm at a hold up I'm not making very much money and I'm paying child support ,is there a way to get my fines quashed or reduced so my set asides can take place

Is it a breach of contract if apartment says they have ac when really its a chiller.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RESOLVING ACTIVE WARRANTS BUT NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE ISSUED FOR? I LIVE IN PIMA COUNTY BUT THE WARRANTS ARE ISSUED OUT OF MOHAVE COUNTY.

Can my ex husband take me back to court for custody or joint custody of our son if me and my boyfriend of a year move in together? i have sole custody right now and he has visitation...untill the child is two years of age then he gets him every other weekend

If the child's father has not been around for all of 7 years of her life how can I object to my daughter seeing him or getting any parent time at all since the courts are making us go through therepy?

My daughters father has sole custody of her I pay child support for her but she lives with me for almost years now What should i do. Her father lives in another.

Can child support arrears garnish social security disability?

my tenant moved out Feb 1st w 4 months left on lease. I simply received a text stating she moved, the keys were in the kitchen, no explanation, nor any request for repair, she would not return my phone calls. does a text qualify as written notice to vacate. lease required 60 days notice. the tenant at neighboring property I rent was arrested, an inaccurate article appeared in the paper now the lease breaker wants her entire deposit refunded. I re-leased her property, sent her a deposit refund less prorated rent to re-lease date, late fee, minimum cleaning charge, per lease. she reported nothin

In the state of Arizona, can a person who has power of attorney or legal guardianship of a minor, attend a truancy hearing in the place the parent?
