  • i own my mobile & rent the space.i have owned the mobile for 7yrs & have rented the space for the same. i have 2 roommates the 2nd one moved in about 2months ago.the landlord is now trying to charge me an addtl $100 a month on top of my lot rent/water/garbage. the rental agreement didn't have a rule stating that there is a $100 fee for any addtl occupants. the landlord was aware of the new roommate & didn't ask/require me to add her to my rental agreement. i wasn't given a copy of my rental agreement until 05-12-15 when i asked for one.
  • I sings a lease on 2/6/2013 for 1 year.my lease is up on 2/6/2014.But because they did messed up on my lease. It is the part that says CONCESSIONS and my lease has $000. They want me to sing a renewed lease that has 1812.00. Do I have to sing the new lease. Or can I make them stay with the old lease that I sings. That is up on 2/6/2014.   • M.H. owner & M.H. space renter of 19 yrs.. finally given :. agreement but don't follow AZ. laws. Sent a request to Landlord to bring lease up to fo;;ow M.H.P provisions but still no response back from him. They now are trying to evict for late rent payment they refused because I didn't include utility charges due to the unlawful ways of billing proof. I told them to first meet the request's of the lease and then it will be paid. I had full rent $400.00. Utilities are separate from rent. Can they still refuse my rent payment for space? And what are my rights if lease is unlawful?
  • My landlord wants to prorate my end of lease for an additional 3 days. I turned in my 60 notice well before my 60 days was even near. I sent numerous emails regarding my 60 day notice and never heard any response and she is claiming she never received them even though I sent her proof of every email I sent her. I have been courteous and have paid the rent every month and have never been late. What are my rights as a tenant to to make sure I'm not overcharged on the proration?

  • I bought my mobile home and pay rent for the lot it was already on when I bought it. There are two very tall palm trees on the property. I am being told I need to have them trimmed at quite a high cost for me, as I am a fixed income senior. They look very much like they did when I moved in but do need trimming. Neither the park agent or management mentioned this to me during the purchase process. I don't own the land nor did I plant the trees. I am required to pay the property taxes, which is also a question for me. Thank you for any help or advice
