If when signing the plea the judge states "I will allow the felony to be set aside." After completing probation I was denied. The felony is Agg. Assault and I know that violent crimes are not eligible to be set aside. But I feel there should be accountability. What are the options?

I understand there is a 48-hr required notice for showing a property occupied with tenants. If the tenant agrees says it is ok, is it ok to ask for an earlier showing, as long as I inform them that they are not obligated to allow it that early? Or would they still have legal recourse if they agree and is shown with less than 48 hr notice?

I have been convicted of a DUI, which occurred in 2010. This is my first DUI and I have never had problems with the law ever before, nor since. I have been given 180 days in jail, or go to class and pay fines of about $2500.00, and nine days in jail. I do not currently have a job, but will find work after the nine days in jail. I do not have any funds at this time. I suffer from panic attacks and I am a member of CODAC Behavioral Health. I want to attend classes and complete the program. How can I avoid the 180 days in jail, as I have no funds?
