I am divorced. My ex-husband commeted domestic violence when we were married a couple of times. Now, his new wife and him are picking on our 15 year old daughter. His new wife has threatened her with bodily harm as well as verbally abusing her. I don't know if this is child abuse, harassment, or domestic violence. What should I do?

I’m trying to give my landlady my 30 day notice as well as my last months rent. I’ve tried going to her office when she didn’t come to the door I tried calling her and left a voicemail. Finally I’ve sent her a text as well as a photo of my written notice and I’ve had no response. Since I have proof of trying to contact her of my notice does it still count until I can get her the actual notice in person if she ever responds? I’m getting ready to move into my new place and I’m worried she might try to say she never received notice.

Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

Our building is pretty old and the plumbing here is always giving everyone problems. Usually the owner fixes it and that's that. Well this time, the toilet is plugged up and it's the 3rd time. It wasn't fixed right the first time or the second time. Because I have been having problems with it ever since. Including right after they supposedly fixed it the first time. So this time (3rd time) the landlord (not the owner) says I have to pay her husband to fix it. I have a 14 yo son n a 17 yo daughter as well as myself who is disabled n our room mate who islike 63 yo. Do I have to pay?

what can I do if the owner sold the property and the new management is telling me I have to get my deposit back from him and he lives out of state???? The owner also owes me for unpaid wages during my employment there. He took me to court 4 times for payment of non rent but instructed the managers NOT to accept my rent payments. The courts ruled in my favor and I owed him zero. I was still evicted and had 5 days to move. I did a walk-thru with a manager and I left it move-in ready yet I'm fighting now for my deposit... any suggestions?????? Please.

I currently reside at Bellridge apartment homes in Phoenix, and have since 2016. I recently have been looking for a new home do to multiple reasons with the complex that I reside in. I have been rejected due to past evictions that are open on my background check. Yet, I have not been evicted since 2009. My current landlords have an open eviction on me from January 2017 and are not willing to help me with the situation in person. I am living in their residence with an open eviction from 2 years ago. What would be a good course of action is my question?
