I moved into an apartment complex nearly 6 months ago. 2 months ago they announced they will no longer accept payments at the office and the only choice is to use their online app or pay cash at a local Walmart. This was not in the lease when i signed it. The amount due is already pre applied on the app. 2 months of payments are submitted, no record on my account 2-4 days after the 1st. 3rd payment due, is less and unable to 'edit' for correction. I took screen shots of the process and says paid. No payment due for 27 days. I emailed the office about it.can they charge me fees for the error

When I was 19, I received a Minor in Consumption. I completed a diversion program, and haven't had any similar incidents since then. Now I am applying to medical school, do I have to disclose the MIC on the application or did the diversion program dismiss the charges? Furthermore, if I do have to disclose this information, what would the offense be classified as?

I bought my mobile home and pay rent for the lot it was already on when I bought it. There are two very tall palm trees on the property. I am being told I need to have them trimmed at quite a high cost for me, as I am a fixed income senior. They look very much like they did when I moved in but do need trimming. Neither the park agent or management mentioned this to me during the purchase process. I don't own the land nor did I plant the trees. I am required to pay the property taxes, which is also a question for me. Thank you for any help or advice

I have $250,000 invested in a 1150 sq ft home and lot in a Surprise HOA, built with permits from the City. With that permit, my contractor built an 850 sq ft addition (story & a half) to a park model, wrapping all in stucco. Now realtors tell me they cannot put my property in the "residence" section of MLS but must list it under LAND/LOTS. How will out of state buyers find my home in a realtor.com or mls or zillow search? What was the legislature thinking when they dictated this? Thank you for any information you can provide.
