We are getting divorced now and I'm seeing his friend. We decided on 50/50 custody. But he doesn't want his old friend, my current boyfriend, near our 3 year old son cause he had a couple bar fight charges and a drug charge 5 years ago. My new boyfriend was always at are house with us and our son. Now he's harmful? The mediator decided we can't live together until a hearing. So he asked to modify it a week later now, he can't even be in public with him. What do I do?

  • My landlord has told me that he is going into foreclosure soon. He has began to remove things from the home because he 'owns' it and wants to take it before the bank takes the home. Items include: storage shed, backyard patio ceiling, steel bars from the windows. Is this legal? Should their be a change in rent due to the cosmetic change of the house?

She currently hS a warrent and is still on the run but has only asked about her son a handful of times and has not seen him since she left him that day in his stroller behind the house alone. • I own a mobile home but rent the land it sits on (in a park). Monthly, the landlord sends a bill that includes a base rent, charges for electricity, water use, and sewer. It also includes a "rent tax." I'm unsure what this rent tax is and whethere he should be paying it or I should. There is also a "service charge" of $10 on the monthly electric portion, which I think is a reading fee (a man who lives here reads the meters). Are these last two charges legitimate?
