QUESTIONS

  • I rent a mobile. This mobile now has black mold inside the walls and in closets everywhere. The landlord tells me just to move, that it's only from the monsoon. I can't afford to move. Isn't he responsible for the condition of the mobile?
  • we are planning to buy a manufactured home in a 55+ community. My question is if my husbands name is the only one on the manufactured home and he dies can they make me move out and how could I sale the manufactured home if I wanted to.

  • My daughter recently move to tucson to attend college. The apt complex was supposedly wifi ready, but the previous tenant in her unit apparently damaged the wiring to the point of a very costly repair, which the complex manager told her `they did the best they could', but it would cost too much to fix, and basically, tough luck. She now has to rely on using data (expensive!) and they are not offering to cover that cost. If the other units in the complex have access to this service, isnt she legally entitle to it as well?
