QUESTIONS

  • what papers do i need for modify costody?
  • Guy gets nailed with low level felony (literally weakest felony). First offense, so judge says no jail time if person commits to probation, drug tests, anger management. Problem is guy decides to leave the state, violating probation etc. Cops come w/ warrant but no dice. After 10 years he wants to come back to AZ. Question: If cops get wind that he's back can he get arrested? Can he possess any weapons of any kind? What about those samurai swords people hang on the wall for decoration? Can he be charged for something like that under these circumstances. Thanks.
  • How long does it take to have your name changed in Arizona?
  • My sister in-law just moved out to AZ approx. 5 months ago with her husband who has a history of verbal abuse it has gotten worse and we are thinking it is going to get more agressive I am in NJ and cannot help her where can she go for help and if not in AZ can we bring her back to NJ she has a daughter who is 7 years old whom he also does verbal abuse to.
  • My son got custody of his two boys about three years ago before that we had them for a year. There mom just left. If I want to be the guardian in case something happened to my son. Would there mom have a say so on this. She doesn't do anything for them. She is not allowed to see them. If she does see them her mom has to be there. Which is maybe once every two three months.
  • Our 16 year old son became aggressive after a shopping outing and began beating up my wife taking her to the ground. We are wondering what legal options we have since the answer we are getting from all agencies is that we just have to deal with it and work it out ourselves. We are looking for help of any kind including juvenile detention or detainment in a health facility. I am afraid to leave the house if our son is there and afraid of what he might do in the middle of the night since he has uttered death threats.
  • My spouse and i both have a retirement plan thru our employer. We are 38 and 40 years old and getting divorced. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?
  • I am renting a apartment that was once a motel room. From a realtor who im assuming is the landlord. For $450 a month. My question is can she evict me for things that WERE NOT mentioned to me or given to me in a form of a "lease or rental agreement". She is trying to evict me for trash that i supposedly had outside my unit. When in fact the day i moved in there was a huge pile of trash bags next to my unit there was no dumpster provided and no mail box even till this day. The 25 of November 2018. Other tenets have there electricity through her i dont and have no power what can i do.
  • I retired from the army this past november and decided to move. even though i have orders my property manager is saying that i have pay a partial rent and a buyout of the lease.
  • I sent my tenant a 5 day late notice via certified mail and it came back to me unaccepted. It's obvious he hiding. What do I do now?
