  • I have requested for the last 3 months to be removed from the lease of an mobile park space lease. My roommate who is primary has agreed. I have npt signed to renew and placed 30 day notice prior to renewal. The management is refusing to remove me from the lease and says they do not need my signature to keep me on it indefinitely. I would like to know what I have to do to leave the lease immediately. I am sending a certified mail to inform them to remove me from lease and my intention to leave.

  • My son rented an apartment with two roommates. I signed as guarantor for my son and another boy had his mother sign for his guarantor.
