I purchased a mobile home in 55+ almost 2 years ago. I only pay lot rent monthly for lot #46. Today I received an additional email with an additional separate bill of $32 which said "Lot 47 occupied by Unit 46 extra lot fee charge". I was unaware the mh I purchased 2 years ago was on more that 1 lot, nor does any lease agreement or purchase paperwork state anything about my mh sitting on a double lot. This is the first I am hearing of this. Out of the blue they are billing me for a partial additional lot. Can they legally do that after 2 years? Space/Lot #47 is not mentioned anywhere.

This is our 2nd year of renting in a Phoenix apartment building. Over the past few months the smell of marijuana or some kind of drugs is consuming our apartment, through the a/c vents. On a daily basis, our family has headaches and we are concerned for our 18 month grandchild. Our lease ends in 8 months and cannot deal with this for that long. What rights do we have and is it legal for us to break our lease without action taken against us?

I recently received a notice from a collection agency stating that I owe $482 for services provided at the apartment complex. I was told at their main office that the charge was for the replacement of the glass stove top and paint. My lease ended on August 19th, 2013; when I went to the office to turn in the keys and schedule a moving out walk-through I was told that it wasn't necessary as no deficiencies were found in the apartment. It's been about 5 months since I moved out and not once did I receive a statement of charges. What should I do?
