  • My Daughter just got married at 16 years but is still in school, do I still have to pay child support until she is 18 years
  • landlord is wanting to list the home for lease and have access to the home. Do they have this right? The lease is not up for 4 mote months. We have offered to leave earlier and she does not want that. But thinks she has the right to list and show the home.
  • I have customers at work that have past due invoices that I try to collect on. Usually a certified letter works because they sign that they received the letter. But now I have someone that did not get the demand letter, so what is the next step that I attempt to collect with out hiring an agency? Not sure of the laws and I have tried to look them up but they are very confusing. Is there a giude that can give me the proceedures and laws on how to collect?

Is it possible to relinquish my parental rights to the father (who is older and stable) once the baby is born if all parties are in agreement? 2). If a close family friend and her husband want to adopt the baby, can I and the father relinquish rights to them if we all are in agreement? We all want the outcome to be the best for the baby and parent(s) to ensure healthy attachment at birth. Thank you
  • My mother remarried when I was 2 years old. My brother and I both were enrolled in school using my stepdad's last name even though our last name was still legally our birth certificate name. I got married using stepdad's last name. My mother, real father and brother are all deceased and even though I have a certified copy of my birth certificate I am having a hard time proving that it is me, since I never used that last name. I am 65 years old and have had my driver's license since I was 16, moved to Arizona last year but cannot get my license/passport. What can I do? Terry Jaynes

  • My ex-wife and I have joint physical and legal custody of our two children. I carry their health insurance, by court order. My ex-wife has issues with our son at home, which we do not experience in our home. He has anger and agression issues, and is now acting out at school. She took him to a therpist who recommened he be medicated, and she wants him medicated as well. I do not support this, but she said I do not have a say in the situation. She will not provide me with the name of the doctor or drug. Can I file something with the court to keep my son from taking the medicine?

  • I signed my contract on the 24th of August 2019. I didn't move in until 26th due to no fridge and power. I paid 795 plus the 250 when I turned my application in and signed the lease. Them never mentioning that I had a pro rate for August of 205 till after I signed the contract. Now are charging me the late fees for the pro rate. The contract states everything about late fees but nothing about pro rate.
