maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

my exwifes boyfriend physically abused her and harrassed her he left bruses on her face that took over a month to heal i got her away from him and somehow he talked his way outa her pressing charges she earsed all the pocture and texts he sent her then she lied to me and said she filed a police report and she didnt he now lives with her and she says now he barley touched her now we have the kids seperated and we havnt exchanged in 5 months and she wount answer texts calls or emails i need to keep him away from my kids since shes met him he has made her choose him over her kids what do i do

A TPO was filed on me. The petitioner tried to contact me many times after filing. Sending me texts like "Please cum sleep with me". The judge still extended the order for 12 months. I posted a web site giving an editorial of my experience. The petitioner got a warrant & I was charged with Aggravated Stalking in a different county than the TPO was filed. Can a web site be considered contact?

I was out on deployment when my vehicles safety inspection sticker expired and my truck got towed from my parking spot at home and was impounded. I never missed a payment and could not afford to pay the impound cost when i returned home from deployment and Navy Federal credit Union would do nothing to help me get my vehicle back. That was back in 2009 i believe, and Navy Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect the remaining $7000 on the loan from me which i do not have and have never had. i do not even have a job right now. The air conditioning has been out in our rental since Thursday night. I submitted a maintenance request to the management company that night. The heating and cooling repair man came out on Friday afternoon and said he would need to order a fan. When I called him on Saturday afternoon, he said it hadn't come in yet and that we would need to wait until Monday. Yesterday, he came with the fan and determined that the entire compressor unit needs to be replaced. The management company was unable to reach the owner until 7:30 last night. We still have not gotten an update on how long this will take.
