My husbands adult children is talking about committing my husband because he does not make decisions without consulting me, his wife. They say in the state of Arizona, they have the right to do this regardless of what I say or feel on the issue and that spousal rights do not matter if the children want this done. We just moved to Arizona, surely this cannot be true. How can adult children that has not been around him override a wife?

Is this information up to date considering the major changes made by the legislature in 2014? For example, they stopped using the term "custody" and use only "parenting time now." What else has changed? What is the new statute number for reference?

I have not received child support for the last three months. The Obligor told me he had gotten a new job. What actions can I take to ensure the child support is being paid?

I signed a contract with my current landlord to move into another unit on the property, effective Feb 15. The contract was signed by all parties, and I paid a $150 transfer fee on Jan. 31. Today, Feb 2, I received an email from the landlord stating that the current tenant has "changed" her mind, and thus the contract will not be honored. Is this legal?

I had a daughter 16 years ago while i was 16 myself. Her father took her from california to Az to see her grandmother. after that his girlfriend and he would not let me see her.
