QUESTIONS

  • My daughter Kristen was my Payee when I lived in Atlanta but now I live in Phoenix with my other daughter. I think Kristen is trying to steal my properties I saved to sell for my retirement and I don't know what to do to get them back. She won't answer calls or letters and I think her husband is paying the realestate taxes so that he can own my properties eventually. I am about to lose everything I ever worked and saved for. Can you help me?
  • I was charged with a DUI in Pima county. I went before the judge and was told that the case had been dismissed because prosecution was waiting on lab results. The judge told me that the county had 6 months to refile. Is this true?
  • Where can I get a full list of providers that cover Maricopa County?
  • OK....I am 43 and am on ssi...my "ex"husband said that our divorce was final I believe in 2007 (I should have received papers I know now....) I just found out he passed away 2 years ago and I can find a single record of our divorce...if we were never divorced am I entitled to anything? Benefits...401k etc..
  • I wish to file for a divorce. My wife left the country with my daughter. Do I use the "with children" or "without children " packet since the judge does not have child support jurisdiction here? I do not know the whereabouts of my daughter at this time. Thank you.
  • I was approved for food stamps, how do I get a card?
  • When a father is behind on child support by 3 or more months can and will he be arrested and if yes, how long will he stay in jail?
  • I sublet an office space that was given to me from my parents to use for ministry. The person moved in on The 7th and because he hadn't meet the owner wanted a full refund stating I fluently rented it, yet still is occupying the space as of today and refuses to turn in keys or move her things. She signed a month to month lease on July 7th. Do I owe her the money back and if not how do I get her out?
  • My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
  • Me and my boyfriend got an apartment together; it was $50 more than he wanted to pay. I said I would pay the $50 extra for every month that the apartment cost up front. I gave him $300 up front and told him if we were still together after 6 months I would give him the next 6 months in advance. He kicked me out but won't give me my money back. He says that I'm extorting him for money that belongs to him. I only lived there for one week, paid 1/2 of everything to move in, $25 app fee, $100 deposit, $240 which was half of the first months rent. I am just asking for the $300 back. He says it his & me asking for it back & making him pay it back is extortion. What are my rights?
