If divorce papers state that house to be sold, but wife will not sell it, what can be done?

My father passed away in September, 2016. I am the executor of his estate and I have a lawyer representing me and the estate. His house is paid off but he has a 7,000 home equity line of credit. There is no money in the estate to pay any bills except the utilities. It is for sale and hopefully will be sold soon. I received an Act 91 notice. Can a house be foreclosed on that is in probate? There is no money to pay the home equity line of credit bill or the taxes owed till the house is sold

I got hurt in the job, ir required hospital stay and surgeries. My employer has been great they started my sick pay right away. A few weeks later workers comp sent me checks. Payroll was informed. How ever I still got pay from sick pay. I figured this was just part of the benefit of having sick pay. Ir wasn't a secret. But now they ate up set about double pay. Can they make us pay that back or lose my job over this?

Our lease ended July 31st. We forgot to shut off the electric until August 14th. Now we have a bill for those two weeks. Who is responsible to pay? Us or the Complex?

can a landlord refuse to prorate if you have provided 30 day notice to vacate and were given permission to stay beyond lease just a few days or can they legally demand entire months rent (check already cleared) when they understand your intent to vacate premises within 5 days?

My husband recently passed away and I found out he took out a signature loan from a credit union. I'm not on the account, I had nothing to do with the loan, and my income was not part of the application process. Am I required to repay this loan?

My ex had 50/50 legal decision making and then left our child with me and moved over 150 miles away. He did not file for a petition for relocation and did not make any attempts to see the child for over a year. Does this constitute as him waiving his rights to the child since he abandoned him for over a year.
