  • I am a Vet and I have alimony and child support, im also disabled, and cannot work. Can my Disability and VA comp be garnished?
  • If a clinic was withholding my animal and i took them back and left, what legal action can be taken against me?
  • My grandparents live in a 55+ senior living community that adamantly refuses to allow even quiet, inside pets. My grandparents own their trailer. Do they, being the owners of their home, have the right to a quiet pet that lives exclusively indoors? If not, why?
  • The property management company is trying to charge a new deposit. I've lived here since 3/5/19 and have already paid a deposit to the previous property manager that was handling this unit. He was fired due to theft. He drafted my lease to show my move in date to be 4/30/19 instead of 3/5/19. I paid a deposit and rent for march and april and the property management company has no record of it and are unable to locate the person who was fired. What can I do?
  • I keep reading about terms of a trust are usually laid out or confirmed by what's in a Will? What if a Corporation does not produce a Will for 8 months after death of deceased and the Will states you only have the first 3 months to challenge anything?
  • I recently moved out of an apartment, I was there for about 4 years. Now I am currently looking for a new place to live. I found a house for rent, the rental agency requires my most current landlord to verify that I did live at that address and paid rent. When they called him to verify, he refused to answer any questions. Can he do that? Now I may have a lot harder time finding a place to rent.
  • If divorce papers state that house to be sold, but wife will not sell it, what can be done?
  • On 3/18/2014 we had a kitchen fire with major damage to the stove, micro hood, wall cabinets, countertop and smoke damage to the dining area. The completion of the project was delayed by the owner and the property management company. The owner took 3 weeks just to select a top color and then chose the existing one. The project was completed on 7/04/2014. All this time we were without the use of a stove, wall cabinets and vent hood. A demand letter for rent adjustment was denied and the rent was raised. Please advise if small claim court is my only option, thank you. M Gomez-4806502309
  • If a parent has not been in a childs life for over 15 months, is there a way to get them removed from a birth certificate and change that childs name? Parents were never married, custody and visitation rights were never established- the child lives with mother 100% of the time and doesnt even know her dad. Thank you!
  • I've been working for an individual for 7 years off and on. In order to get my invoices paid, we have an agreement (verbal) that I scrap some of his stuff and apply it to the invoice, been doing just that for over 3 years now. Last week I scraped some Stainless boxes and applied the monies to my running invoice, just like I've been doing for years. Now he's accusing me of stealing from him and is threating to have me arrested for stealing his stuffs. What should I do about this ? I've never been arrested and don't want to start now at my age. I didn't take his stuff with any intent.
