I live in a apt complex and i am a section 8 tenant that pays zero rent and is required to pay only utilities.. therefore the apt complex charges the tenants a monthly water bill that is not included in the rent amt... is the mgr. here at apt complex allowed to charge a tentant late fees the same as in rental late fees .. for being late on paying t them for water bill ?? This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.

Hi, I've been working at a company delivering appliances to house for almost two years, at one of the delivery i end up damaging a driveway (private road sink in ) it was a thin black top road, my employer is making me pay for towing, drive way and truck damage. Can they do that? I ask them why don't they use their insurance and the answer was cause their rates will go up.

MY HUSBAND HAD A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP WHERE A CHILD WAS BORN BUT THE GIRL SAID IT WASNT HIS IT WAS ANOTHER MANS AND HE HAS BEEN PAYING CHILD SUPPORT FOR THE CHILD BUT WE RECENTLY HAD A PATERNITY TEST DONE AND THE CHILD IS MY HUSBANDS CAN THE GUY THAT BEEN PAYING SUPPORT FOR THIS CHILD SUE US FOR THE CS HE HAS BEEN PAYING OR WOULD THIS BE AGIANST THE MOTHER SINCE SHE NAMED THE FATHER? WE HAVE SEEN THIS CHILD ON A REGULAR BASIS. WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS???
