Does it matter which of the court locations I submit a forcible detainer too? The house is in Chandler, but I live in Scottsdale. Can I collect a special daily fee on the eviction notice that is not on the lease agreement? How is the tenant served the complaint? Is the landlord responsible for that?

I made a mistake on the father of my son. This mans name in on the BC. He has nothing to do with my son. What can a person do to seal a class 6 felony non repetitive , aggravated DUI record? I could not get a set aside judgement because it was too premature. I did get the civil rights and the right to posses arms. However, how can I seal the court records, criminal or civil so I do not have to answer my record for a job application?
