How long a landlord has to fix a not cooling A/C?

How do I file for divorce when domestic violence is cause for the divorce?

I am planning on moving at the end of April. I have resided here for almost 5 years. I am worried the apt manager is going to bill me for the carpet and paint. The carpet was old when I moved in. My question is "can they bill me for carpet replacement and paint after I have been here for almost 5 years"

We have 2 homes 3 mortgages all mortgages were with Bank (Proper name removed). Our residential home is on trial modification. Bank sold the loan in July with our investment property to a loan servicing company (Proper name removed) before I could finish with it's modification, I want to modify our HELOC loan that Bank holds on the investment property also. If I can't modify these 2 loans the house may go into foreclosure. My question: If Loan Servicer suggests fore closer whats going to happen with our HELOC loan with Bank.? Loan is around $101,000 HELOC at 83,000 and house is worth about 145,000.We really don't know whats best for us

My ex wants more child support. We agreed upon a number and I have been sending that amount into the clearing house. Then she wanted it back dated 6 months and her attorney said I had to pay it. None of this has been court ordered and they have not mailed anything to me. I have not been making as much money as I had been, real estate, how can I get this reduced to what it was before.
