who do i make the actual check im sending to the child support clearinghouse out to? my ex-wife? the clearinghouse itself? the court?

Can the landlord turn off our electricity if its in his name when I have a special needs child?

Does the landlord have to provide proper and safe drinking water? Water and ice in refrigerator is hard and has flakes in the cup. Is this something that should be taken care of by landlord?

i would like to know if these siuations would be considered a form of child abuse. I consider them, but not sure if my view is correct. First to lock a child in there bedroom from 7 pm to 7 am note child is 4 yrs old. and has child is potty trained but must pee in room or in there pants to relieve themselves. I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

We gave a deposit hold to a real estate agent who said it was to keep our application in first place. In order to rent the house, they were needing 6 months rent ahead of time. She received the hold on the 16th, we submitted an incomplete application on the 17th and on the 21st she requested the remainder. On the 22 I informed her that we would not be able to provide the 6 months of prepaid rent to her as we originally thought and that otherwise we were not eligible to rent the property. She is now saying that we have no right to our hold. On the application it says deposits can be refunded

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? If my partner and I were never legally married and he was not in my daughters life for 3 years sense her birth and never signed the birth certificate can he try to get custody or joint custody? He has also never paid child support.
