My son got me to sign papers to sign away my house. I did not want to sell my house. What do I do?

I have sole legal decision making of my daughter and I was planning on filing for an out of state move. My ex gets out daughter on the weekends and after missing last weekend, she informs my that see will be in Chicago for a month maybe longer for a family tragedy. Now whether or not if that is true does that change the way that I file or will I have to wait for her to come back whenever that maybe.

I have a collection on my credit report which belongs to my husband. When contacting the collection agency, they told me that this collection will stay on my report because I am married to the person which ows them money. The account was included in our bankruptcy in 2013 as an individual debt and not a joint debt. Am I responsible for my husbands debt? It was for electrical service my husband applied for himself. My Landlord told my housing specialists that she doesn't want me here because i have PTSD. She also told them if i don't sign a mutual agreement she will find a way to get rid of me. I am a resident of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. I am the legal father of a child by default and not the biological father. There was never a blood test performed by the court to establish paternity. This is an out-of-wedlock child who is now 12 years old and I was never married to the child's mother. I have been paying child support for this child for 12 years. I want to file a motion to disprove paternity and request that the judge order a DNA test since the mother will not cooperate with genetic testing. Since the paternity judgment, I have received information that at the time of conception the mother had engaged in a sexual relationship with another man who was actually her fiance. Do I have the right to reopen and challenge the paternity declaration against me if a post declaration genetic test shows that I am not the biological father?

If I owned my house before getting married, can I sell it before we're divorced without having to split the money I make from selling it?

There was a major issue with the plumbing and it backed up into my house. This is caused by a sagging pipe and the main line needs to be repaired. The owner is now trying to charge me for the work that was already done even though nothing was found blocking besides the pipe issues. Is this legal??

2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? Please help,can't afford lawyer fees bankruptcy is not an option. We always have good credit,we manage with credit cards.

I have a deadbeat stepson that is 20 years old who won't do anything to help himself.He says he does not need to get a job & says I have to take care of him. What are my rights & options to get him out of my house. I am a renter so I don't know if that matters.
