  • What can I do or whom shall I speak to about a fraudulent company for a mortgage loan modification. GREEN TREE FINANCIAL GROUP. We paid them 2,800 dollars and they acted very legitiment until I tried to get in touch with them a week ago. I found out through the California and Arizona policy that they are indeed frauds. Can you please help us. My home is now in foreclosure.
  • Me, my son, & my girlfriend we’re self help evicted from a verbal month to month agreement. Landlord provided no paperwork prior & changed the locks the same evening. Tenants did not break any of the rules & we were evicted same day as rent was due(had the cash in my pocket) was living there 9 months & can provide proof of acceptance of money for monthly rent as well as proof her boyfriend was using herion among other drugs in the home while her children as well as my own was living in the residence.   • I'm trying to assist seniors in a mobile park that are being abused by a park manager in one way or another. An 85 yr man got a 24 hr notice to move out due to his caregiver. The notice was hand written and delivered to him by managers husband. Another senior lady was sold a home that had no gas meter and now she cant use stove to cook and has no hot water for bathing. A 61 yr old man was chased down street by managers husband and assaulted. He did go to court and get a restraining order however the park turned around and got one on him which overturned his. Who can help these seniors. Help !

  • In May, I moved into a 12 unit complex in Scottsdale with a pool. The pool was green & the landlord told me it was being emptied, retiled, and filled & would be closed for a couple weeks. I am about to pay August's rent and the pool is still out of commission. It was emptied and two workers came one day to chip away the tiling. Nothing has been done since. What rights do I have as a tenant to start deduct rent or demanding repairs? The pool was a driving force in my renting & it's making a terrible for a terribly frustrating AZ summer. What do I tell my landlord??
