The Property Mgr and the Owner knew I was in CA and said they would put the lease in her name but never did. Since they did not notify me, is this legal?

During which time my account was given to a lawfirm for collection. Well in 2011 I received my disability and soon after received a new agreement on my home from chase bank to refinance which we did. After this the lawfirm kept at me about owing on this account and they garnished my wifes checks and now shes not able to work their taking us to court come to find out this is my mortgage acct. and me and chase agreed on a new contract back in 2011.
  • My ex-husband sends the child support payments to me personally and I'd like to have him send through the Clearinghouse... what do I need to do to make this change? He has been paying every month, and the decree does not specify pymt via Clearinghouse. He won't do it voluntarily, so I will need to modify/ the decree. The court of Yavapai told me, " I have no idea as to what it is that we can do for you". Your convicted, is a conviction of law, there's nothing to do for you. Last year I mailed a request to have a say in this matter. I was given a court date. I could not make this date 4/28 . I received a letter saying to bad.
