If you are only 14 can you still get emanciated?

When I was 19 years of age I was pulled over by law enforcement at the end of 2008 it took me 2 years to pay the fine I had a unloaded pistol in my car when asked I was scared so replied no weapons this was my first offense the felony was dropped to a misdemeanor ? How can I have the charge dismissed from my record and my rights with the charge or what can I do to better my case upon applying for a job its been really hard for me jobs see this and turn me away its terrible for my family income what can I do. my fiance had to quit her job due to harrasment that has now caused long term effects and has caused her depression to progress. She was not only sexually harrassed by her coworker but also talked down to made fun of and harrassed by her boss. who should we contact in order to bring a law suit against them? and its been a month or so since she quit , so do we still have a shot?

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

Where does a father file to start child support when he lives in Indiana and she and the child lives in Kentucky. Does he start it in Indiana where he lives or Kentucky where the child and mother live?

My neighbor upstairs has 3 kids aand 2 adults. I have gone to management many times to ask them to send a notice about being too loud. The jumping around is so loud it vibrates my windows,I have gone up to talk to the lady and ask her to keep it down a bit. I saw one of the children riding a scooter in the apartment and another jumping off furniture,I told the management about this but they told me it's "part of apartment living" In the lease it states I'm allowed my peace and quiet. 2 days later I got a notice saying I'm not allowed to "pound excessively" on the neighbors door.What can I do?

My family and I had a verbal agreement with the landlord to pay $900 monthly and my lease would end in December, the landlord then sold the home and I had already paid rent to him. The new owner shows up and says that since I technically didn’t pay rent they are going to file for an eviction is this legal? And if so don’t they need my full name, date of birth and Social to properly evict me???
