I am a single mother trying to join the military. My recruiter told me i must give up custody or file a family care plan before i enlist i was wondering if it would be hard getting custody back if i give it up?

My son rents in a MHP for three years. He has called about different things like no water outlet outside and dishwasher didn't work, etc they told him they would get it fixed. Still no water hook up outside, I fixed the dishwasher, him and I repaired the stove (which went out Thanksgiving day) the exhaust hood doesn't work. They haven't fixed a thing. The rent has been raised. Now there are adult kids that have tried twice now to break into their Jeep(grabbed his work badge even with an alarm that went off). We aren't the only ones. What can he do. He pays his rent and is quiet unlike others.

I own a property, not my main residence, that was part of a 2010 C7 bankruptcy. We reaffirmed and kept the property. We have made all of the payments since, but in the past year our finances have declined. We have tried to rent the property without much success and we have paid over $6000 above the properties income to maintain it. It is empty again and we simply cannot continue to pay the mortgage and HOA any more. It is worth about what I owe. Can I allow the property to go to foreclosure or short sale after being part of a bankruptcy?

On 3/18/2014 we had a kitchen fire with major damage to the stove, micro hood, wall cabinets, countertop and smoke damage to the dining area. The completion of the project was delayed by the owner and the property management company. The owner took 3 weeks just to select a top color and then chose the existing one. The project was completed on 7/04/2014. All this time we were without the use of a stove, wall cabinets and vent hood. A demand letter for rent adjustment was denied and the rent was raised. My ex- fiancée and I have joint custody(decision making). Last year March17, 2014, she was arrested for domestic violence( class 6 undesignated felony), ( discharging a firearm at her boyfriend),and received supervised probation, 3 yrs. In June of 2015, she was once again arrested for violation of probation and placed on IPS and extensive probation till 2017. Because Mother is violent and has potential to cause emotional and physical distress to my 5 yr. old daughter, do I have legal right as her father to file for sole custody and decision maker? Currently we have equal parenting time.

If i did a commercial for a company and told them not to air it until i have looked over it and approved it without airing it and they aired it anyway without me viewing it or approving it do i have a law suit.

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.
