If my roomate is active military and receives short notice orders to move does that break his part of the lease and require remaining tenants to fufill his responsibility on lease or does that break the lease for all tenantes.

My dad and my uncle owned my Grandparents old property my dad passed away suddenly. Now we need to sale the property, how do we get the title into just my Uncles name? The title is 1/2 1/2 by name. We are trying to avoid Probate due to the cost and little value the property holds.

After working at my job for 6+ months with no disciplinary issues, I was diagnosed with some health conditions. I brought a note from my doctor stating that provisions were to be made. Shorly after this I started being written up approximately every 2-3 weeks on a regular basis until it reached 3 write ups. The write ups were for health related incidents and for doing something "wrong" that I had previously been told to do it that way. I believe I was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated. I have a lease to purchase contract with a couple. The man has recently passed away. The estate of this man is trying to have the contract "disallowed". I'm trying to find out how to file a "petition for allowance" in Pima county. I live in Indiana.

My wife and I have been subject to badgering, intimidation, threatening and insulting language from the agent/park manager in the context of a home sale contract of our manufactured home. Would this type of behavior be considered some type of senior abuse, even though it is verbal but has an economic impact...I have some recordings too...

I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

I am leasing a house threw a management company and found out that the house is in foreclosure and an auction date has already been set. The way I found out is the attorney for the lender posted the notice on our door not by the management company. I had to let them know. Am I still suppose to pay them the lease payment?
