QUESTIONS

  • My son bought a car in Arizona and a day later left to Illinois was that against the law?
  • I work for a mobile home community owner. The local municipality supplies our water. They also are responsible for maintenance of the water distribution system up to and including their meter. We then submeter the water at each individual site for each homeowner. We are also responsible for maintaining the distribution system from the City's meter up to and including the meter on each homeowner's site. Then the homeowner is responsible to maintain the system from the submeter cutoff valve into their home. This is the same with all utilities - gas & electricity. Is this correct?
  • My husband has 3 girls from a previous marriage (joint custody) and I have one son from a previous marriage. We moved into my 1800 sq.ft. home with 3 bedrooms as it is affordable for us without straining and comfortable as we see it. My son is in one room and the girls have the second bedroom with a bunk bed with a third trundle bed so each is able to sleep alone. However, thier mother is arguing that we don't have enough space for them and they aren't allowed to share a room. Is there a law or any grounds to this? Is our living arrangement acceptable?

I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.
  • Hello, my husband & I purchased an older home in Aug. The Sellers listed on the disclosure statement that they treated for roof rats. However, they didn't solve the issue. It has taken us 6 months to resolve the problem not to mention a lot of money. Since it was listed on the disclosure statement, do we have any recourse?
