  • I was convicted of DV Agg. Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon in 2001. I served 3.5 yrs. for this crime. I was under the influence of drugs/alcohol at the time, and also going thru a bitter divorce suit. I am wondering if there is any way I can get my gun rights restored? I am not planning on going hunting, or shooting someone, but with the crime rate escalating due to the economy staggering, I would NOT want to be sentenced to prison for protecting my own life as a prohibited possessor. What, if any, steps do I need to take to attempt to restore my rights. Thank You for you time !!!
  • My son passed away June 17, 2016, he was 32 years old. He had never married and had no children. His only asset is a checking account at our local credit union. He had no co owner on the account and did not set up a beneficary. We believe there is under $2000 in the account and would like to close it out and just donate the funds.   • I recently had a plumbing drain pipe from my kitchen sink break off inside the wall . Found this out when I was washing dishes went into bathroom And water was coming out of the walls . Notified property manager with in 1 hour . Had a plumber come out the next And was unable to fix issue . He pulled the stove back to access issue and there was a large piece of drywall missing and exposing interior wall . I'm with out a kitchen sink for for almost 4 days stove about 3 . I've been exposed to that wall being open for since I moved in 6 weeks . What are my rights ? Is this a breach of contract ?

When they came to set-up the swamp cooler it was discovered it needs to be replaced. But now they are telling us that they will not replace it because we have A/C. Are they required to fix it?
