Is there any course of action that can be taken to have parental rights restored threw family court after looseing a CPS case and appeal and having parental rights severed to children. Can any litigation or legal course if action be taken to amend over turn or modify a family court judgement on a cps case that the parent lost at trial & appeal

Does the income of my 17 year old daughter count?

My Landlord is charging me late fees because I owe late fees. Can they do that? They charge $10 a day for late fees and I only pay $579. in rent. I know that they take out late fees first with any money you give them so they keep you behind so they can keep charging you late fees. How can that be legal?

Our divorce was granted 09/26/06. As part of the agreement, I was supposed to pay my husband $35,000 to buy him out of a rental house we co-own with my parents. He refuses to take the money and I am at a loss as to what to do. He now says he wants the house, but has done nothing to procure financing to buy out me and my parents. Do I go to court and petition them to enforce the court order or do I sue him for non-compliance? The property agreement was "not-merged" and I have been advised to sue. How do I do that?

Landlord gave permission for me to move out early and help find another tenant. Its been almost 2 months and no one has been approved. Landlord has changed rent price multiple times in ad and doesn't follow up with possible applicants. Plus repairs being done to place means I haven't lived at property all of June. Can I just move on and not worry about paying rent and get my deposit back? My lease is through Dec. 2016, but my landlord doesn't seem to be very quick on finding a new tenant or making sure repairs are done in a timely manner. Repairs are on the chiller system and bathroom as well.

Once I have provided complete and correct FMLA request, how long does my employer, State of Arizona have to notify me that my FMLA is approved?

I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

My boyfriend was arrested last night for aggravated assault against me. I told the police that he has a history of mental illness and that he needed to go to a psychiatric hospital but they took him to jail anyway. I am not pressing charges but I am afraid the state will. How do I help him get the charge dropped and get mental help?
