  • I started renting out a room in 9/2018. I received rent until middle of October and have been waiting for payments until then. In March I received $ 250 out of $ 450. I already served this tenant with a 5 day non pay but could not follow up with the eviction notice because I got sick. I am mostly wheelchair bound on top of that. Now this tenant has moved several pieces of furniture into the garage without my permission, blocking access to parts of the garage. What can I do and what can I do with those furniture? Please, I just want my peace back. I need help.
  • I'm 17, I bought a car from my aunt, with MY money, and my dad put it under his namename until I turn 18, so Now we move toto Ga from PaPa, and I want to move back and do my senior year. (I'll be 18 mind you) and now they say they won't give me my car till graduation, which will make it hard to move back toto pa to do my senior year and graduate.They also said they won't lay me any money I paid fo it.
  • Hello I recently moved in my apartment on 8/15 at that time my air conditioning was not working blows out warm air. I notified the office they sent a technician over the same day. I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31. They called me left a message to speak with maintenance. I called back TWICE never got a response. My air did not get fixed until 9/16! And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?
