I had a job as a property manager which one of the perks was a free apartment. I was arrested off property for an non-work related reason. I spent four days in jail. The charges were later dropped. When I returned from jail, I was fired and locked out of my apartment. I believe it was wrongful termination, but that's another matter. My question is even though I was an employee, am I still not covered under the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act? I think I should have had a 10 day Notice to Vacate.

My daughter is 21 years old...she lives at Visconti on Camel back apartments. There is a very dangerous stalker who has keyed her car, poisoned her dog with break crumbs, harrassed her and other's. He walks around punching himself in face pointing at her. Cops have been called multiple times. She is scared and wants to break lease..only one month. I have filed for a divorced and was final in 2012. My landlord put a notice to pay rent or quit on my door for harrassment because I questioned her about property (SRP electricity pre-paid box) belonging to my mother and also because I talked to her about trying to make my mother pay rent for an apartment she vacated two months prior with the landlords consent. The landlord let my brother take over the apartment and didn't pay. What can I do I am going to refuse to move

If I have temporary custody of my child. Mother won't show up to court. Can I ask for physical custody (sole).
