  • I have resigned my job due to health issues, relocating to the east coast to live with family, and can not make my house payment, willing to surrender the house to Bank for short sale, or whatever they want to do. How do I start this process. The house will not sell for what I owe the bank, negative equity situation.
  • I am a military mother of 3 who's husband went to jail for two years. I cannot find employment, he cant pay child support, and I can't get any cash assistance to provide for my children. Is it the same testimony from the first trial or can the victims change their story? For example, the victim admitted hitting me first during the first trial.   • I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?
