  • Goodmorning, my tenant asked to break lease four months early leaving in March. I have started looking for a new tenant thru realtor, he is supposed to leave march 31st but he says he may not have anywhere to go so he might stay what happens if we find new tenant but he has not mved out. Can he stay after he gave written notice he was leaving early

A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.

  • My house was foreclosed on me without my knowledge. On January 4th a lawyers office put a package with my options to continue renting or to relocate. But I never received a letter or option to short sale, apply for HAMP, or notice of the sale. They obviously have my address, but no notice or options. Where can I find a way to get my house back? I found something online about the "right of redemption" and I'm completely upset and confused as to why I wasn't given any option or notification of sale. Please help. Any resources on "right of redemption" or a legal way to get them to stop?
