We gave our 30 day notice our last day was 3/31/13 but because of work and Holidays we couldn't move out till 4/3/13.When going back for our last thing the landlord said they moved it for us but had to take the legs off our table. When me and my husband went to look at the table we seen they had broken it. As well when we were getting our things we had notice an art set had been taken. The art set isn't worth much but they did just take it. Is there anything we can do or do we just have to bite the price of things?

I work for a large company and am going to have a baby October 18. My 1 year mark in the company will be November 17. Is there anyway I can take a "personal leave" or short term disability for a few weeks, and then in November file for FMLA ? Please advise. Thank you.
