QUESTIONS

  • I have helped raise my 3 year old grand daughter. She stays with me at least 3 nights a week with me not including days. My daughter has new boyfriend who is violent & has issues with me. Now I'm not allowed to see my grand daughter at all. My daughter tends to change my grand daughters life as she changes boyfriends, per how they choose to live. Was wondering about my grand mothers rights & how I file for them.
  • I currently live out of state with my children. My ex's lawyer and him have manipulated the truth and twisted things around to make things go in his favor knowing I would not be able to afford the legal counsel to continue the fight. Can I somehow stop him from using that lawyer in the future? How can I find a lawyer now that my family and I are tapped out and we are still paying legal fees? We still have several issues and I would like a mediator/lawyer to correct things however, I do not know where to start now that we are in another state and I can't afford legal counsel. What do I do?
  • hi, as a landlord if I have a tenant that continually pays late. when provided the 5 day pay or quit they pay by the 5th day. are they allowed to do this numerous times within the lease period and the landlord just has to role with it? or after X amount of times does a landlord have the right to possibly evict based on continued late paying

  • I have just gotten a divorce and my exhusband is ordered to pay back money he took from our savings account when we seperated. He says that he does not have the money and will have to make payments. He was awarded our personal property which is paid off. Can I put a lien on this title? He says he is building a home is there any other way of ensuring that I will get my money returned?

  • I have permanent guardianship of my granddaughter since 2000 she is now 13. She went for her first time out of state to see her mother for 2 weeks. When the visit was almost up she sent a message that she is not sending her back and is filing some papers and states that i can call and talk to her after thats all done. What rights does she have? How do i go about having my daughter send her back home? I researched and no papers have been filed here.can she file in that state to terminate guardianship?
