  • Hi my swep cooler has been leaking for 2 years now.i have put in work orders in and they never fixed it. Now the roof has caved in and there is black mold. i put a work order in a week ago still nothing what can i do
  • what can I do if the owner sold the property and the new management is telling me I have to get my deposit back from him and he lives out of state???? The owner also owes me for unpaid wages during my employment there. He took me to court 4 times for payment of non rent but instructed the managers NOT to accept my rent payments. The courts ruled in my favor and I owed him zero. I was still evicted and had 5 days to move. I did a walk-thru with a manager and I left it move-in ready yet I'm fighting now for my deposit... any suggestions?????? Please.

  • I am an unwed mother, who filed for restraining order against the father, a few months after the birth of our son. I understand that I am legally the sole custodian until we establish paternity. The father is in the birth certificate. If let’s say, I lost all contact and have no idea where the father is since we had a restraining order, how will I reach him if I decide one day to go to court and file abandonment and hope to obtain a sole custody written court order?

  • I signed a 7 month lease which was up on July 4th. I asked for an extra month after my lease expired and they said, no problem. I went in to pay this months rent and they ask me to pay almost $300 more for the extra month. I told them I was not told of an increase in rent and I don't have the extra money for this.
