  • I am full time caregiver for my my mother who is 90 and bedridden. We are living on social security with only a few thousand dollars in savings and she has over $15,000 in credit card debt. She owns the house and I need to stay there when she passes (I'm unemployed - executor & heir. Will the credit card companies be able to force me to sell the house to pay them off? Will they be able to get the few thousand dollars left in her savings account?

  • I moved into an apartment and signed a one year lease, which is up in October. I signed up for Direct TV and they installed a satellite dish. Other tenants have dishes, as well. The complex changed property mgmt companies in June and they told us we had to discontinue our service and remove the dishes, as they were painting the outside of the buildings. They also told us we could not reinstall the dishes. I haven't had TV service since July 1. Can I legally break my lease without cost to me?
  • We live in an RV resort, own a park model. We have a business license to do yard work and have been doing well here in the park helping older people that cannot do what we do. We work on the weekends, but the park is considering prohibiting working on Sunday. Can they do this according to AZ law. They have also issued a ruling that people who work for the park cannot do side jobs in the park at all, even on their own time and with their own equipment. Is this legal?
