Is being dyslectic considered to be a form of disability that an employer can help with by providing standards to follow rather than every employee doing the same jobs but calling each process different at will. It’s very confusing to me being a dyslectic. This company is very adamant about not providing standards as not to hamper individual creativity. I believe there should be some sort of middle ground that will help me quite a bit. I’ve been trying to make some changes without revealing my disability but in doing so, it appears I am, and am considered not so smart. I’m not sure what I should do. What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. The high school is calling this pornography and involved the sheriffs office in tracking down the kids who had hit send. Is this addmission statement, aadmissible in a court of law?

I had a friend who needed a place to stay. I told him he could stay at my apartment for 2-3 weeks. I also stated to him not to have mail sent to my residence I advised him a p.o. Box was cheap to go that route. Well it's been about 8 months now. I've been telling him he needs to get his own place and move out for many months now. Finally I just told him he had a couple days and that's all. So he has a place and told the police and my landlord his place would be ready on the 5th of November 2017. He has also changed his mailing address. Can I change my locks now since it's nov.8th 2017?
