  • We are renting a home and found black mold in the kitchen cabinets and drywall. Informed the property management co. through email with pictures. They had us in a hotel the next day. Mitigation done, ripped out drywall and cabinets. Mold was out, but they never showed up to do repairs to kitchen. We reached out several times asking when work would be done. They don't respond. We turned in letter from child's dr that says we need to be released from our lease due to my daughters asthma. They are releasing us end of April. What rights do we have since we pay full rent and repairs not done??

  • we had no electric in one room of our rental for 9 months. It would sometimes flicker when we jumped on the floor or slammed the door. We contacted the landlord several times to repair it. We have several text messages stating such. The cost to repair was more than 50% of our rent. We gave our 30 day notice on July 2 for August 1st after months of trying to get this repaired. Our landlord checked us out on Aug 1 stating everything was perfect and we would receive all of our deposit back in 14 business days. Our total deposit was $1850- we received $300. They stated we did not give them notice
  • Me and my ex have joint custody. I live in bisbee and he lives in sierra vista .He has memorial weekend and the following week with our son which he intends to take his vacation week. He is refusing telling me where hes taking vacation and I'm afraid hes taking him to california since hes taken him before without letting me know and that's where his girlfriends family lives.   • I've heard that you can use FMLA "days' for various reason such as PTSD, Migraines and such. Is this true/valid? I don't see this sort of description under the act itself.If covered under this I heard you were protected for one year where you cannot be fired for taking various days off due to a short term illness.
