  • I have been living in a house since the end of May 2019 and when I came into the house there were many things wrong with it. Non functioning doors, windows, blinds, and several holes in the door that have been patched up with something that my son is allergic too and my youngest baby girl keeps picking at because its bubbly and she keeps eating it if I am not looking. I have asked them to repair several things since I have been here and they have not sent anyone and now are refusing to repair. The sink doesn't produce hot water upstairs. My toilet has been leaking. What can I do?

  • My landlords son has a office downstairs from my apartment there is 4 apartments. He is never there beyond 6 pm and never calls for the rent we have to track him down to pay him and he will only take cash he posted a note in the hallway that stated he will start adding late fees if payment is 5 days late 50.00 and 100.00 if paid after the 15th how can he just start doing that if he is never around to collet the rent?   • I was running late to trial and sent an email along with a call to judges chambers. An automated email provided a number to contact as they were out of the office. So I called there was no answer so I left a message. I was going theu security around 940 am. And hit the court room floor about 943, 944am, court was scheduled for 930am. As I was approching I seen the opposing party walking out , the bailiff locking the door behind them. Extremely rude, as the first time we met, she replied, to questions I asked, "get a lawyer, you will get some thing in the mail. I can file an appeal right?
