QUESTIONS

  • I am considering buying a house in Mesa, and looked on the Maricopa County Recorder website fnd see that the owner is listed as a conservator with ownership with minor children as conservatorship. What does this mean? Does this mean minors can own property in AZ?
  • If I was charged with aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon, is there any way to seal my records or does this charge stay on my record for good. What are all the guidelines?
  • We are on a multi- family well. There are 3 families ... one individual has a pipe leaking. This has been going on for over a week now...we come home from work he has turned off the water... Now the leak is so bad all the water is on his property and none in well reservoir..   • We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?
