QUESTIONS

  • My wife and I rented a home in Sun City Arizona, a few months in, what they thought was a windshear tore off the Arizona room ceiling and threw it on top of the house. We call the owner immediately and let him know and he said he would take care of it, we also let him know we had our furniture in the Arizona room And would be covering it so that there would be no damage. Unfortunately, it was very hard and we did have rain, our high top bar set and tile top table and patio couch and chairs were ruined because of the heat. The landlord took almost 3 months to finally get someone to replace the ceiling.

They refuse to tell me who entered my apartment, why there was a need to enter, and I asked what was the emergency that constituted the right to enter my apartment. I have left 2 calls for the regional manager with no response. No attempt was made to call me that there was an emergency, no voicemail, and no door tag. The only reason I knew someone was in my apartment was because my detergent and softener was left on the washer. This was discovered on my lunch. When I came home from work my apartment was flooded.
