I had an altercation with one of my neigbors due to him pullin in reverse & almost ramming our car. the guy got offended & backed up to anothr vehicle of his to get a gun & confront me. We called 911 & the police arrived soon but the guy was already out of sight, probably hiding in his apartment. there is a case# filed.what can I do about it? How are my wife & kids supposed to feel safe with this guy arround?

My ex is pregnant and we have tried but cannot get along I have asked her to leave she will not. She does not work nor has she the entire time we have been together. We do not own any property or rent a apartment or home together. I have a travel trailler I just purchased and found a cheap yard to store it and live in temporarily only two weeks ago. We have tried well given a chance to say the least. I tried for the sake of new coming baby. Her violence and abuse threatening and destroying my property ruining my work equipment and vehicle. She has been arrested one time already for violence.

I would like to know if I have any recourse for management abuse in the community that I live. The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

Is it possible to have a restraining order or protection order without divulging my home address or place of work. I am getting death threats regarding an my girlfriend's ex who has a history of domestic violence. If he knows this information and knows our whereabouts he will take action against it and has no care in the world for the reprocussion of the law including his own life.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I have a 22 month old daughter and I am 7 months pregnant with my son. My children have the same father and we are not married. He was incarcerated for the first 10 months of our daughter's life and recently went back to jail in January. He is looking at 6-8 years but possibly taking a plea agreement for 3-5 years. He is a drug addict that has been in and out of treatment for years. Can I file abandonment on him since he is incarcerated, has a long history of drug usage and multiple felonies?

I am married with one child and carry my maiden name. I would like to hyphenate our daughters last name to show my maiden name and her father's last name. Can I do that?

My divorce was settled on May 20, 2009. We have 50/50 custody of our 13 year old son. No child support was assigned because we both were working and made similar incomes. I lost my job on June 20, 2009 would I be able to get child support from my x-husband with the 50/50 custody until I find another job?
